- Yes — that’s the whole idea. After eighteen years working Scottsdale homes, the same homeowner who needs a ceiling fan hung usually needs the front yard refreshed and a fence panel replaced too. One truck, one phone call, one invoice.
- Scottsdale (Old Town, McCormick Ranch, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Gainey, South Scottsdale near our shop), Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, north and central Phoenix, and Tempe close in. If you’re right outside that ring, ask anyway — we run that direction most days.
- Yes — general liability on every job. For projects that fall under AZ ROC license requirements (most jobs over $1,000 in materials and labor), we operate under the appropriate license and pull permits where the city requires them. Happy to share the certificate of insurance with HOAs and property managers.
- Within 24 hours on weekdays — usually same day. Text Gene directly at the number on the site. Emergencies (water leak, gate stuck, busted irrigation line) get bumped to the front of the day.
- Both. A two-hour minimum on punch-list days makes the small stuff worth a trip, and we’ll bundle four small fixes into one visit. Bigger projects (paver patios, full-yard refreshes, multi-room paint) get walked and quoted before any work starts.
- Punch-list handyman work is hourly with a two-hour minimum. Defined projects (pavers, fence sections, paint jobs, weekly yard service) are flat-rate with the price agreed up front. No surprises on the invoice.
