All American Handyman & Landscape

Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Handyman & Repairs

Drywall patches, ceiling fans hung, doors that finally latch, the running toilet — the running list of small fixes, handled in one visit.

Eighteen years of fixing the things on the list nobody got around to. Drywall repair and texture-match, ceiling-fan installs, door and window trim, light electrical and plumbing, cabinet and shelf hangs, and the dozen little punch-list items between them. We bring the tools, we clean up after, and we charge for what we did, not what we estimated.

  • Drywall & Interior Paint

Patch, mud, sand, blend, and roll — walls and ceilings that match the rest of the room.

Holes from the old TV mount, popcorn ceiling repairs, water-stain spots, and the tiny dings movers leave. We feather the patch into the existing texture so it disappears, then prime and paint to match. Interior repaints — single rooms, hallways, ceilings — done with proper prep and clean lines.

  • Paver Patios & Walkways

Compacted base, polymeric sand, edges that hold up to Scottsdale summers — not just laid on dirt.

Concrete pavers and flagstone, set on properly compacted base with geotextile underneath. We do the foundation work right so the surface stays level a decade later — no settled corners, no weeds growing through the joints by year three.

Starts at $1800 · per visit

  • Gates, Fences & Block Walls

Driveway gates that swing true, fence panels replaced section-by-section, block-wall repairs that match the existing courses.

Wood, metal, and chain-link fencing — new builds and section repairs. Driveway gate hinges, latches, and motor work. CMU block-wall patches and color-matched stucco on garden walls. The kind of work that keeps the property looking owned, not deferred.

  • Yard & Lawn Care

Mow, edge, trim, and blow — weekly or bi-weekly visits that keep the yard looking sharp without you scheduling around it.

Sharp blades, varied cut height by season, edged at every visit, walks and drives blown clean before we leave. Bermuda or rye, full-sun or partial — we adjust to the lawn, not the calendar.

  • Mulch, Beds & Desert Landscape

Bark mulch, decomposed granite, river rock — refreshed at the right depth so beds look intentional and weeds give up.

Bulk-delivered material, hand-spread to consistent depth around plantings with a clean edge against turf or hardscape. We pull last year’s clumped mulch out first if it needs it. DG and rock work for low-water front yards too.

Starts at $285 · per visit

  • Ceiling Fans & Light Fixtures

Old fixture down, new fan up, balanced and quiet — with the box braced properly so it stays that way.

Ceiling fan and pendant-light installs and replacements. We brace the box where it needs bracing, balance the blades, and make sure the switch wiring matches the homeowner’s expectations. Outdoor patio fans too — wet-rated boxes and proper sealing.

Starts at $165 · per visit

  • Hedging & Tree Trim

Citrus, oleander, palms low enough to reach — trimmed clean and hauled away the same day.

Shaping cuts on hedges and ornamentals, citrus skirt-up and selective thinning, palm skirt and seed-pod removal on shorter trees. Dump fees and hauling included — we leave with the debris in the truck.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
